HR Advisor
GIDARA Energy has the ambition to become a global processing company converting non-recyclable waste into valuable chemical building blocks and advanced biofuels. We will do so by employing our patented High Temperature Winkler® (HTW®) technology, the leading waste gasification technology, with decades of experience at commercial scale. GIDARA Energy offers a range of products from licensing, syngas islands to developing its own projects from initial concept based on own proprietary technology into full operation.

We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our dynamic international team of passionate professionals. Your base location will be at our Schiphol office. Within HR,
we are busy innovating and professionalizing to make the organization ready for the future.

What will you be doing?

As our HR Advisor, you will work closely with our EVP HR & Transformation and HR Officer. In your new role, you will:

Be the sparringpartner of the EVP HR & Transformation and the managers within the organization about different HR topics;
Have a broad range of tasks, including support in all phases of the Employee Journey. You will provide advice in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee development and compliance with laws and regulations.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related inquiries and contribute to the professionalization of HR practices.
Identify opportunities and initiate (strategic) HR improvement projects. Together with the HR team, you will promote new or improved policies and ensure their implementation.
Responsible, guide and execute our operational HR processes.

Who are you?

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is familiar with working in a highly dynamic (international) environment where multiple demands are made simultaneously. You are used to work on yourself, and you can build connections at various levels within the organization and provide support for HR initiatives. You will be available for 32 hours a week (possibility to work at school schedule)

You hold a bachelor's degree in HRM or related studies.
You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an HR Advisor and HR projects.
You are a professional. You are a self-starter, take responsibility and have a proactive mindset
You are an approachable person and a warm communicator
